This arrived in a box today..........

Image

Bought from Ferrit, a member on here........

Fantastically & safely (over ) packaged

Going to do a quick build up of this over the next few days to allow me to get out for some fresh air, not had some "Me" time since before chistmas

Its getting all of the donor parts from my Cannondale SV build that just seemed to get out of control

But this is a new beginning

A quick mock up as i dont have a headset or bottom bracket yet

Image

And I can (JUST) fit a 3" rear Gazzaloddi to match the front

Image

Think this is going to get extreme
8" travel front & rear
3" tyres
8" disks front & rear
6 Pots of brake on the front........

Monster?

Monster indeed 8)

Remember seeing a similar frame wearing the hooj super monster T forks (12'' IIRC) running 24'' wheels with 3'' Gaz's.

Looked an absolute hoot :D

Should our paths ever cross I'd love a go on that

More than welcome to a shot guys,

I would like to see what difference a 24" rear would be like too,

Im gonna pop out to BigEck's with my begging bowl after work

To see if i can scrounge a couple of wee bits to get it out

For a wee shotty in the woods tomorrow :D

will take a side on shot when the heavens close again! tbh the rolling radius isn't much different.

just take it easy and make sure the tyre doesn't buzz in cornering. doesn't take much rub to render your swing-arm useless...

Might be safer with a 2.8 Michelin comp 32...

Almost ready for its first ride,

Going to be next week as I have ordered a new headset, the one I have fitted is a mongrel (bits of different breeds) and its just not working at all

Got to bleed the rear brake again (twice already tonight)

and fit the chain & mech, other than that its ready for a shakedown run,

Then its off to BigEck when its warmer for a lovely coat of Ford Electric Orange & some decals :D

If you're going out to Eck's area then you should take the opportunity to launch yourself down a bing when you're there. Might not help the paint much though.
