Hi all, I've recently found this site as I have been finishing getting my bike in working order. It has been sitting in the back of my workshop for six years. I bought it new in 1999 in Halfrauds sale as I liked the colour of the frame. It has only been used lightly in its first few years. I upgraded the front and rear mechs to XT, since the originals were useless. The back wheel is an STX RC hub with a Mavic 121 rim. The front is a cheap Weimann USA from Ebay. I had to replace the RST forks due to damage and put on a Salsa cromoto fork.
I quite enjoyed stripping, cleaning and putting it back together. It took me back to when I used to put together bmx's when I was younger.
