Cant help but looks like the Raleigh DHO of around 1998/9. Maybe try googling that see what you can find :D

This frame was launched as a part of the 1999 catalogue range.
It was a development from the previous freeride model and was designed by Justin Stevenson who is now at Whyte.

That was the spec for the RSP400, but having just had another look at the pics on e-bay, it is defo NOT a standard production RSP400.

The 500 was built from Reynolds 853. The 400 was Alloy.

We did build up the bikes for the photo shoot in the "Emma" catalogue with 853 frames which were handbuilt in SPD. The reason was that we needed to shoot the pics before we could get samples over of the alloy frame from A-Pro.

I also remember that there was quite some delay in the alloy frames arriving for first production and we may have been forced to up-spec some to meet the demand.
 
So it could be a 500 in 400 livery?

I will take some photo's and pop them in a photobucket for perusal at your leisure.
