Drum roll ........................... :D weight is below 8)
A bit difficult to hold camera and scales with bike hanging under them and to lift bike with outstretched arm and keep steady :roll: but there we have it :!:

Wow, a whole 7lbs lighter than my modern bike!

Good result, must be pleased with getting it under 19lbs :D

Must buy a frame and a tig welding outfit,but will weld clothed for fear of sparks :lol: on my danglie's :wink:

Scary to see a full suspension bike weighing in the same as your hard tail but here's Cannondale's newest FS wunderbike. 18.51 pounds complete (without pedals) :shock:
