So I've been looking more into the oragins of this frame. It's a Sandvik/TST frame. They were based in Washington state and made high end titanium frames for several brands. They made the DBR Axis TT, the Yeti ARC Titanium and Mongoose Titanium Pro to name a few. This bike has a great ride quality. I'm really enjoying it. Between this an my 99 Team Marin I'm not sure what my favorite hardtail is. I'm leaning toward this titanium bike.

Since the frame is unbranded I decided to put together some decals on my own. I grew up in Colorado so I thought these were fitting.
