Just thought I'd start a new thread for a bit of fun, i saw this on another site and it works well so here are the rules.

*Bikes that are ridden only no garage queens thanks :) *

1. Rate the bike posted above yours out of 10.

2. Add a comment as to why you gave that score ie. 8/10 i dont like bikes with the wrong stickers on ;)

3. Add some photo's of your bike (clear photos please).

4. Add a bit of spec info.

5. No come backs on a review as it'll put people off giving an honest review it's prob just a differing opinion or a bit of constructive criticism. Keep everything lighthearted. You can give one response but only in emogies eg.   :? (more than one is fine)

no random pictures let's keep it clean and on the subject.

kyle

8/10 above because I bet it's light and nice wheels.
XTR group set too.
Would have given more but the pic is a bit small, can't see bike very well.

2002 Kona Kula frame, fully stripped and repainted.
Mavic 317 and Shimano hubs.
Rock Shox silver TK.
X-lite bars
X-Lite quick releases
X-Lite seat post clamp
X-Lite brake blanks
USE seat post
Charge seat
LX rapid fire
XT front mech
XT long cage rear mech
Formula hydraulics

Anodised jockey wheels

And anything else.

Oh all right 6/10

Discs and toe straps? Silver bottle cages clash with everything. And it's got different red bar ends. And a shock post? Other than that.............

89 Pioneer

All xt but a bit of a later crank. Built a couple of years ago out of Marin parts then slowly upgraded to this. I'm not precious, go for it!

Kyle, only just noticed

THM, I like toe clips and had them since forever.
What's wrong with clips and discs.. :)
Shock post does also help a lot, you should try one.
Also do know the cages look shit, was thinking of some Bontrager ones.

Re:

At least this thread is taking off now!

To be fair with decent grippy flats these days toe clips aren't really needed.
