I've gone in wheel overdrive with a pair of racing road wheels coming in so have decided to try and sell the Spins that were on my GT Zaskar, featured in the reader's bike section.
Description:
- front: was practically as new when I got it a few months back. Completely true, and still excellent condition.
- rear: this has the ceramic braking surface which is black so not perfectly matched to the front wheel. The wheel is in very good condition although is slightly out of true. How much? Well I ran the wheels with vbrakes and canti levers, which meant the brake pads had to be the closest to the rim as in any configuration. It would just about work without rubbing with the brakes properly adjusted. I am guessing with vbrakes and vbrake levers, or even better with cantilevers setup, there would be no rubbing at all against the brake pads.
I can make some more, close-up pics if required.
