Hello,

for sale is an very rare and collectable TRIMBLE ROObar / the first Stem-Handlebar Unit in MTB-History I guess. Handmade by the younger Bro of Brant Trimble......Roo Trimble..... :lol:

It was never ever mounted or used / NOS / made in the End of the 80`s/ beginning of the 90`s,

It have a nice shine black paintjob. Measures are:

135mm Stem; handlebar is 57,5cm; ca. 5 degree`s, 1 1/8 inch

Price: 149,- EURO + Shipping

No.....

Im running normal stem bar setups now on both trimbles. They weigh a tonne those Roobars but they would defos be the "proper" addition to a Trimble build.

Are you sure its 1 1/8th? all my Trimbles have been 1" for definite?

It could deffo be a 1-1/8, search trimble roo bar on google images and a shop in japan has one :wink:

Hello,

yes I´m sure. There is a mark on the bottom of the stem ---> 25,4mm.

It has a nice smooth black paintshop but NO Stickers.......I´ll sell it like it is, and it has been delivered from someone, who is still living in Berryville / Arkansas -----> the Trimble hometown.....so it´s real.


Maybe it`s more in weight like modern carbonstems....but it´s history, and it`s the first in it, and a piece of art too........ :wink:
