to me it looks like a raleigh rsp stem ive seen quite alot of these and will check this week just to confirm by comparing it to some old stock.

Stem

Off a Torus Team XT, 140mm was standard, they were painted Black, but many were stripped.

Only one steerer clamp bolt....looks similar though doesn't it. Heck...I'll just pop some RF decals on it :roll:
