Details, prices, pics to follow - this is just to make me get my ar$e in gear & see if there's any interest. There's probably more to come too :)

Proflex 854 frame, new elastomers, seatpost, possibly headset, BB
Early GT I-drive frame (black), seatpost, front mech, headset
Front Magura HS33, white, ready to bolt on & go
Modern Deore 9sp RF shifter
Rock Shox Judy XC (modernish one, 1 1/8" ahead, yellow)
Planet-X v.short blue 1 1/8" ahead stem
UN72 SQ taper BB (113mm I think - will check)
Barely worn-in (& therefore better than new! ;) ) proflex elastomers - 2x white (med) sets, 1x green (hard)
XT chainset (2005)
XT rear mech (2005)
old (but nice condition) LX front mech (31.8,BP)
Bomber JR-T triple clamp forks (from 2000)
Clarkes rear mechanical disc brake (& random el cheapo lever if required!)
Magura Clara front hydraulic disc brake, goodridge hose
DT / mavic (dark grey, will get details!) disc-specific front wheel
Hope (black) / mavic (dark grey, will get details!) disc/rim rear wheel
952 XTR rear mech
952 XTR Cranks/rings/BB (think the BB's less than perfect, but would do for a start)
LX 8sp RF+ shifters (the shiny chrome finish ones!)
Modern Ritchey 1 1/8" ahead stem (black, for oversized bars)
Modern Syncros riser bars (black, for oversized stem clamp)

& I won't be offended if none of it goes - just thought I'd offer it here before faffing around with eBay :)

Possibly interested in the two disc brakes - could I get pics when you have them? And how much for either and for the pair?

Cheers

Ed

Hokay - sorry for the delay, but I've just replied to a couple of PMs, & will be getting some pics up asap.

'fraid I've decided to keep the new XT bits for now - they're staying on my Fat until I sell some other bits & free up the money to buy some proper retro ones!

Everything else is for sale though - a lot of the bits are from my GT as pictured here - just decided it's not for me...

How much for the XTR chainset? Has it got much wear on the cranks?
