Spot Brands SS Frame for sale

I've decided to sell my 15.5" Spot Brands frame. Red flame on satin matt black paint. Bare frame and seat clamp only. No headset. This is a really nice frame, agile and quick. it has been used so there are marks on the paint, one scrape where it's gone through the paint and one small paint over.

What's the effective top tube length please?

So probably about 22.5" effective then - that would be ok for me on a geared bike but unfortunately I think it would end up feeling a bit short for me on a SS. A shame....
