**ATTENTION WELDERS & FABRICATORS**

Cleanin' out the garage. Have had these laying around for what seems like forever and have finally come to grips with the fact that I'm not going to become a welder any time soon so they gotta go.

This stuff is all from the Santa Cruz warehouse when it shut it's doors. What we have here is 34 old school Bontrager fork crowns in various offsets, most black but a few silvers. Looks like all the black ones are the later models to be used with straight blades whereas the silver ones are the older version to be used with curved blades. There's one really old crown with a 1" steerer tube bolted in, a couple of bags of fork blade top caps, and the press tools required for pressing in the reenforcement's that go in the tops of the fork blades.

$200 for everything + $16 for shipping within the lower 48 (paypal gift).

Someone else needs to be the keeper of the Bonty fork gutz, I'm out.

SOLD

Someone I know has been having a hard time getting this Ti GT Lightning sold so I figured I'd give him a post on here. Anyone interested can contact me and I'll get you together with the owner.

Quoted from original sale
GT Lightning titanium mountain bike. 850$ complete / 600$ frame & fork
19" ctc seat tube, 23" ctc top tube. Complete bike weighs 23.0 lbs as pictured. I am second owner, the first owner lived in nyc too and used it as a city commuter. I rode it on the trails but barely ever got out mtb-ing hence the sale.
Brand new decals just applied, frame is in great shape with zero dents or dings, some superficial scratches at a few places as it was ridden on the trails. Frame does not have disc tabs in the rear.
more photos @ flickr

Components:
-Manitou Mars Elite fork (w/ disc tabs)
-Mavic Crossride wheelset (non-disc) w/ Michelin tires w/ plenty of life left
-Chris King headset (1-1/8")
-Thomson elite stem 90mm
-Answer pro taper ti look *actually aluminum* riser bars & Oury grips
-Shimano XTR combo brake levers / shifters. Left lever is a bit chewed up
-Shimano XTR v-brakes
-Thomson elite seatpost (cosmetically rough)
-WTB ti saddle
-FSA carbon cranks / FSA bottom bracket / FSA chainrings (no pedals)
-Shimano XT front derailler
-Shimano XTR rear derailler
-SRAM chain
-XTR cables and housings

I've got this guy I'm ready to sell.

Any takers?

Asking around $700 complete.
Fork isn't from the same ERA, but can easily be swapped out for something about 10 years older.

Bike rides really well the way it's set up though.
I still love taking ti out and mashing around the neighborhood, just trying to get some funds to build a SS Rigid 29er.

Low pressure, easy going. This is my hobby, not a flipper. Just purging to support buying more of the same and want everyone to be happy at the end of the deal. Because shipping is so far away, I will take as many pics as you want and probably more. No surprises. Always open for a trade idea.
