Rocky Mountain Stratos

The listing on the referenced page gives a 17" or 18.5" [center to top] frame on the spec sheet.. Which one is it?

I'm very interested, just have to perform some creative accounting at home tonite to see if this is doable..

Will measure up tonight and confirm.
 
The frame measures 16" c-c. It's about 18.5" c-t (very top).

For what it's worth I'm 6' and find the bike a bit small.
 
See this is the problem with "whole bikes". I think people like buying the parts up and having projects.

This bike is immaculate and looks the bomb. Anyone who only owns 2 or 3 bikes - ATTENTION - you must buy this Rocky - it really is nice.

I'd have it but I'm on a no new bike embargo.
 
Back up. Will be going on stw and ebay soon. Please save this bike from a terrible fate.
