Yeah, real oddity. From a brief google look, seems to be a small builder in the 90's. But it just strikes me as a bit more late 80's then that. That Odyssey cam roller stem and original Fisher Fat Trax are pretty special bits. Bars can't be right, nor the rear hub. Grips look to be mid-late 80's AME's. The head tube brace is pretty niffty. Looks like it got rode quite a bit with worn out bits getting replaced out of utility and never for upgrading/ Gucci'ing.
