Need funds badly, having to consider selling each and every bike in my collection.
If you're looking for and are seriously interested in any of the following I can sort pics out via email.
Collection from W.Sussex preferred but can consider boxing for courier.

1993 GT Borrego - large/20", virtually all original with Suntour XC expert running gear (final Suntour bike GT produced, includes early ahead adoption and lovely triple butted Bologna rigid fork) but requires a complete nut and bolt strip down and plenty of elbow grease to remove a light coat of black aerosol paint on one side of the frame(?!). Very tatty but dent and rust free. Could potentially polish up nice but a respray may be in order. A patient tinkerers paradise. (15/08/20 - now extensively cleaned and rebuilt with various Shimano and other components, PM to discuss build and pricing)

1993 Specialized Rockhopper Expert 20" - possibly the unsung jewel in my crown, stunning metallic fade paint (pinky purple to purple) with full original components except for tyres. Very low usage its whole life, very minor chips and zero rim wear. All original Suntour XC Expert. To include very complimentary Control tech stem as fitted (original stem included) Stunner value packed retro ride: £165 SOLD

1995 Kona Cinder Cone - 20", again virtually fully original running gear, very clean and tidy. No dents, minor chips. Main down tube and top tube 'Cone' decals replaced with highest quality replacements as previous owner had (stupidly) removed them for some reason. Fabulous ride and always complimented on. Virtually no wear to rims or original pads. The original spec on this particular model was one of the best ever offered at its price point IMO.
£250 - SOLD

1998 Kona Kilauea 19" - I fully rebuilt this last summer using absolutely mint components from a 97 Cinder Cone, plus added the incredible and NOS condition Arch Rival Vs, XT Rd and M739 shifters (the best ever). Any cable rub etc was meticulously touched in by myself and the final result is an almost new looking Kilauea, there is a full build story available if you do a quick search - this bike won >98 BOTM last year and rides possibly better than any retro bike I've slung my leg over with its 631 tubing.
As such I'm asking £375. Will break for circa £600. Now splitting on separate post

1995 Specialized Stumpjumper FS hardtail frame 19" - stunning gold champagne paintwork plus suspension geometry so add a nice Mag21 or Z2 and fill your boots. Minor scratches and wear and tear, Includes original aheadset and tacoma seat post.
£75 - Soon to be available as complete bike - Complete bike available on request 4/8/20

1988 Saracen Trekker 19/20" - full frameset including original bar/stem/saddle/fork/headset/bb
Add wheels du jour and some running gear and you'll have a tidy and fabulously retro double u-braker
Asking £50 - SOLD

1988 Specialized Rockhopper 20". Fab yellow paint model. U-brake on rear, upgraded to full comp spec with Deore II components throughout. Dorky but comfy laid back angles and more patina than you can shake a stick at - for this reason it's my favourite and I don't actually want to sell it. - SOLD :(

1991 Kona Lava Dome 18" - has at some point been fully rebuilt with a modern XT/Deore 1x9 set up and a decent red paint job but has seen plenty of use, so expect chips and scratches.
£60

Also have several pairs of Marzocchi Z2 available, plus a couple of 1960s Raleigh 'RSW' 16" wheel shopping bikes, very cool little things, all in the region of £50 - ALL SOLD

Finally a fully stripped down, serviced and rebuilt Mag21 from circa 95 (champagne paint). 1.1/8th ahead steerer (approx 150mm but will check. Other steerer potentially available). Very tidy condition, holds air a treat and was fully serviced with original Rock Shox tools. New oil added, set up for 80ish KG rider but can tweak this for new owner if its way out. Am after £140 for this clean little fully functioning beauty.. - SOLD

Re: Lazy bankruptcy sale - 19"/20" Kona/Spesh/GT/Saracen bikes

Sorry to hear your having to sell up. Interested in any Z2's you have. I've PM'd my email.

Cheers Jin, it's in the lap of the gods. I'll no doubt keep at least one for future retro rides.
Got your PM, pics coming tomorrow.

For anyone interested in the Kiliaea i forgot to mention it comes fitted with a freshly serviced Z2 Superfly (period correct '9:cool:. But I can include a mint triple butted period perfect P2 instead and knock off a few quid. Say, £350 with P2 fitted.

Hi
I sent you pm for 1988 Specializzato Rockhopper

Re:

Would you sell the P2s that are an option on the Kilauea separately? Been looking for a set of threadless TB ones with a long enough steerer to fit a 19” frame for ages!

Yes, but once the Kilauea is sold. You're first in line should they remain.

Re: Lazy bankruptcy sale - 19"/20" Kona/Spesh/GT/Saracen bikes

Pics coming up. First up, the 95 Cone. To note, original gripshift will be refitted and pedals will be removed (available on request). Also, tyres will be swapped out for quality black alternatives. Apologies for lack of shine on these photos, I haven't had a chance to prepare the bikes for pictures and most are currently as last ridden.

Edit: I should add that if anyone is keen on the Cinder Cone as a frameset, I'd be happy to split and fit all its components onto the Stumpy frame I've listed.

Here's the 95 Stumpy. Saddle not included. Dent visible to left of 'S'. Reflection probably makes it look a bit worse than it really is. Lovely looking frame this.
