use seatpost is stuck but had a plastic shim so could be persuaded with time, stronglight x14 headset needs a firm talking to to loosen, again i can't be arsed. and the manitou 4 forks need a complete rebuild/overhaul and love. as you can see the brake hanger is bust so would need making nice and a rocker fitted. rear dropout had been repaired at some point as well. only found this when I stripped the sparky tape chain guard.

30 quid cash at the peaks ride or swap for some nice 2 finger shimano brake levers. postage would he an extra tenner I reckon.
