Bought nos but never used, storage marks and some surface rust beginning to appear I think although it may well rub off, probably needs a new bolt, might even have one.

Looks to be 300mm ish. Depending where you measure from. Right from the very tip of the angled end up to roughly the top of the straight part of the shaft before it starts to bend is 300mm

How long do you need? I got a Kalloy 29.4 post somewhere in my parts bin.
