I built this bike a year or so back as it was the bike I always wanted in my younger days, but couldn't afford it at the time.
I have really enjoyed the bike and it has been great to use on tracks and trails, light use only nothing silly...
It's time to move onto the next project so reluctantly it's up for sale.
I'm listing here and on ebay later, I prefer to let you guys have the first option.
SPEC -
Aluminium Pro Flex 656 frame with steel rear end - professionally stripped and powder coated in gloss white and satin black. No decals. ( 1995 ).
Measures - 20" from centre of the BB to the top of the seat clamp.
Girvin front forks with elastomer swapped for a specialist spring from the US. rebuilt and working well. Fork legs professionally stripped and powder coated in satin black.
Ritchey spd pedals, e thirteen bash ring and FC-M442 pedal arms. - Shimano 7 speed cassette.
Deore LX brakes and rear mech - NOS Dia Compe 7 brake levers.
Fun seat post and quality white seat clamp.
Modern specialized seat, bars and stem, properly shimmed to fit steerer tube, as is frame to accept the forks with quality headset. Toad stool grips and Maxxis Ignitor tyres (26") with puncture resistant tubes.
Rides well and it's a lovely bike, any questions please just ask.
