Bought this Univega a while back, messed around with it, went to sell it and the BB was stuck...
Anyway, have robbed it for the parts I wanted for another project and have built it up with some spares, new bits and suitable replacements so it will make a nice hack/ commuter/ pubber etc etc
Big 20.5" frame with a long top tube so ideal for riders minimum of 6.0"+
New Octalink BB with a tidy Deore Hollowtech chainset, alloy outer ring, steel inner.
LX hubs on Mavic 221 with good sidewalls, reasonable Nokian tyres
FSA headset
LX F&R mechs with Alivo/ STX-RC sti - I think I have some shifter mounts spare if you want to change for better levers
Dia-tech 777 v-brakes
New cable outer all round, new mech inners,
Double butted 4130 frame which is very light and twangy
correct length 410mm fork
Its a bit long for me so here it is in bitsa form for someone to play around with.
Some spares might accidentally fall into the packaging while I'm in a good mood
£90 including UK delivery via UPS Standard (highlands might be an extra tenner via Paisley freight)
