yum! shame neither of the Ti bars have the original screen printing on them.

if i didn't already have both shimmed/non-shimmed on two RMs, i'd be sorely tempted!

Yes, both are 25.4mm. The earlier one is for sure BEFORE 1994,
since in the 1994 catalog they already have the handlebars (ProSeries)
withouth shim.

1993 they had different shims. Take a look:
