27mm x 400mm silver Roox seatpost as seen in pic on my old Mongoose. It really is mint bar the 2 washers next to the clamp bolts.

Boxed Shimano M055 SPD boots size 44 which will suit a size 8/ 8.5 foot.
I wore them no probs just a bit tight and i'm a size 9. I have now got some Nguba's so these are now surplus to requirements.
They are in very good condition for their age with only one small cut in the ankle cushion which is not seen when worn.
They will come in their original box with instructions & have some VP cleats attached.
