I bought these as a curiosity and discovered they are a lovely set of monolith suspension forks from an early full susser. The only 1 inch head tubed bike I have now is a pace and these won't suit (I'd probably have effigies of myself burnt for even thinking it) so looking to sell on for what I paid- £30 posted in the uk.

As far as I can tell they do work, but I've never fitted or used since buying. They do look sweet, I'm a sucker for linkage forks but I'm trying to cut down.
