Unmarked so I tried a few frames: 28.6
The instruction manual that came with it says: 28.00 - 28.60 mm

Yeah, that would work. I would like to them, but bike budget needs a couple days to recover. If there here in a couple days I'll happily buy them. Unless there is something you're looking for in trade mayhaps??
