I have a used Rockshox Judy 1 & 1/8th steel ahead steerer for sale. The steerer length is roughly 206mm. There is a bit of rust to the finish around the crown area so cosmetically not the best. Someone has installed a star nut and left the original in there below it rattling around! The only way to remove it is to drill out the existing star nut, or live with it in there (it is technically not causing any harm!)
