why would they bother? not like these are particularly rare, if you want one put a ad in wanted and they will come out of the woodwork. might not be quite so cheap though.

i think whats happened is the seller just found out they were giving away 50 quid notes and unsurprisingly there was a large queue, so they had second thoughts

having said that, i paid £50 for my black ano one in an open ebay auction. values can be subjective...

No idea why these are so expensive. They look like a 3 year old had a go at designing a bike part at nursery and from what I've read they don't shift that well and aren't too robust. Yes, they come in nice colours, but, and I say this as someone who likes a bit of colour, so what. Form over function, and even then the form is questionable imho.
