Klein Mantra full Carbon bike.
SRAM X9 rear mech, Simano XT front mech with X9 shifters
Lots of new parts, avid brakes and carbon wrap seat post.
Will take disc brakes, bosses on forks front and rear stays.
Pedals not included.
One small dink in the rear right swing arm, does not affect bike.

Appreciating bike.

Thanks for the info. jonrock. I'm not sure a bike in the US is comparable to one in the UK, import taxes, amount available, condition, reason for selling, quality, shipping etc. but thanks anyway.

^it's comparable, its a Trek model, a lot were shipped over to Europe, they actually worked out cheaper over here than in the US at the time due to the exchange rate in '99/'00
not as rare or desirable as the earlier true 'Klein' ones, but a nice ride all the same I love mine and can't imagine selling it, good luck with the sale

firstly don't worry no one is taking a pop but information is being offered

Kleins are very age and model related when it comes to values.

Upto about 95 some models fetch high prices(the mantra is not normally one of those) after 95 trek started sniffing around klein and after about 97(klein experts will confirm or correctly update as my memory is shady) kleins largely became treks with klein badges on and those fetch even less.

The carbon mantra isn't as rare as you may believe but I wonder if you had considered using a what is my xyz worth guesstimate threads

Chap if I may ask you to consider one thing, you've come into a forum full of experience on prices, models, ages and market needs...if a number of people offer relevant advice and you don't like it because you think it's worth 3 times more than it is then I'm afraid we are never going to give you the advice you want to hear

It's a nice bike, someone will want it at a fair price, give the guesstimate links ago once you know what you have and I'm sure all will go well

Politely put Shaun, in short the forum BS filter is working well. And if you want £1400 for a bike, we expect like 20 A4 pictures not 5 postage stamps.
