Hey there,
postage would be EUR 12,- with Hermes, so EUR 17,- alltogether.
That would be about 14,60 GBP

If you can wait for about 6 weeks I could send it from Germany; the German Post has a nice tariff for small parcels, so it'd be about 8,- GBP (but uninsured and no tracking).
