Retro aluminium frame - canti hanger and everything.

No idea what it is - I welcome any suggestions, I do know it has got some serious welds!!!

Paint work isn't great, but is more than serviceable. The is a small ding in the top tube but nothing to worry about.

Centre of BB to top of top tube = 18"
centre of seat tube to centre of head tube (measured along the top tube) = 22"

2 Feather-light kilograms

£15 + Postage (around £15)

Collection from Southsea welcome.

Can you tell me what size head tube this frame has? Diameter and length. Could be interested as am after a project.

Cheers

Sure! Head tube takes a 1 & 1/8th headset and is 113mm long

I would say it was circa 1992 frame, maybe 1991. Possibly an 'A-Pro' descendant (general look and riveted, though has trek style long dropouts)
any serial number ?

I thought trek as my 6000 has riveted on guides but not ugly ass welds like that! But mines bonded so that's that. Definitely trek ish though

Nope that down tube is squared off and the front mech cable stop is too high but it's a very close match elsewhere so maybe an earlier version or diff model

Thanks for that. are the bottom bracket threads all good on it or would it need refacing?
