Yes it is, if you google v-brake clamp or v-brake conversion, there are quite a few options.

Ok, i have a 99 P2 fork, i wonder if the geometry will work?
So can u take a measurement of the headtube length
for me so i can see if the steerer tube length on my
P2 is long enough to fit ?

The headtube length is 152mm and postage to the US is approx £65
