£160 gets the carbon frame, headset, bb, shifters and rear wheel.

Chuck another £15 at it and I'll leave the seatpost, chainset and pedals on too.

WOW indeed, but I need her gone.

The horizontal measurement from the centre of the seatpost to the centre of the stem's top cap (assuming the steerer had been cut) is around 56.5cm. I reckon if you're an inch or two either side of 5'10" then it should be fine.
