Ritchie equiped Peugeot complete bike (1991)

Brodie

Retro Newbie
This bike was built around 1992 around a Peugeot Tim Gould race frame. It is equiped with full Ritchey and XT components. I have had the bike for 3 years and only ridden it once, the previous owner only rode it a couple of times. It is in near perfect condition with only a few cosmetic blemishes.

Ritchie Vantage rims built by Wheelsmith using wheelsmith spokes and XT hubs.
Ritchey ProLite comp bars.
Ritchey Vantage stem.
Onza bar ends.
Ritchey Vantage comp brake levers.
XT thumbies.
XT rear and fron mechs.
Ritchey Vantage canti's.
Ritchey Vantage chainset (triple).
Rohloff chain.
Ritchey Vantage seat and post.
Ritchey Z max tyres (still with the little rubbery bits sticking out).

The paint work is a custom job and is metallic black with silver.

It really is a beauty, unfortunately it is just too small for me at 18" (bottom bracket to top tube). Top tube length is 22".

Having some probs with the camera, but piccies will be available soon.

I reckon about £250 is a fair price.

Where the frames not built.....

by ROBERTS especially for the peugeot PRO team? Sounds like a sweet ride matey..Look forward to the pics :D

Quite a big debate on this one . sme people say it was build by Roberts , others say these bikes were P21 re painted .
The team was peugeot Look , and drivetrain by campagnolo .

Not built by Roberts, they were the earlier white red and blue ones when Baker and Gould rode together, the later team ones with the black and silver were Ritcheys.

Ok i only heard a rumour

i stand corrected by a bunch of much more knowledgeable chaps ;)
CTK its all yours matey...i have too many projects
