What year was it made - a while back I guess, as no disk mounts?

And what is the exact size? I thought de Kerf always sized their frames 17.5, 18.5, 19.5?

It was sold to me as a 18" Frame. Seems DeKerf made 3 different 18" or 18,5" frames back in 1999. C-T is 47cm (18,5") TT is 56 cm (57cm horizontal).
Frame ist is near new condition!

Thanks, might be a bit big for me then, was hoping it might be a 17.5.
