Alright got a set of these that I've held onto for a while. They are 1 1/8" threaded with a fairly short steerer of 131mm. They don't have any brake post mounts, only a disc mount for a Pro-stop disc. You could have canti/V mounts welded on or make up an adaptor for the disc mount if you don't have a pro-stop disc.
