any swaps on the x lite stem?

I wouldnt dare use the single trimnel stem on its own, the load bearing surface against the hbar would scare me to death, what with the forces that can be transfered through that point.... :shock:

How much travel do the Psylo's have? Can they be reduced? I think some models were adjustable

They where legrandefromage's originally and are lovely...
