Well because they taper it looks like a rise!!

I do have the expander wedge, just not where the stem is!
 
Using my trick on screen measuring dobeywhatsits I just downloaded, it looks to be about 7.5 degrees :s
Anyways, not for me.
 
would you swap for a slightly higher rise, slightly shorter, bit newer one with a hinged front and flat top cap? I'll include the top cap too...
