I have a Parkpre Scepter Comp Ti plated frame and forks for sale.the frame has no dents but does have pitting with rust but it may give someone a winter project. it is 18'' from bb to top of seat tube but is classed as a 17'' frame
price is £25 plus postage this is just the frame and forks only
