Zinn Z-Classic 17" - SOLD

Hi,

Recently bought this on here but, as is usual for Retrobike, too many projects came along at once and I'm also working on my own secret squirrel fillet brazed frame project at the moment! That said I got to ride a Zinn, the bike of my childhood dreams and it is lovely.

Currently I've swapped out the bars for some 501s, not jeans...they steer terribly!, as the 753s could do with a refurb and some red anodised Lizard tri-aligns which look lovely on it IMO.

All the original Classic brakes are included as are the 753 bars but can remove the new parts if not required.

Slight ding on the top tube but only minor and could easily be worked out by a frame builder with blocks if so desired. I know one in Sheffield if anyone wants me to enquire.

Currently waiting to hear back from two guys who had dibs on the bike after me in the original sale but register interest on here and I'll update their responses.

Ideally collected from Sheffield.

If whoever buys this decides to go back to full Sachs (and they really should - how could you Mr D?!?) can I have dibs on the Avids?

I've a '94 Orange (funnily enough off you) that these would look super lush on!

Hi Andy,

BTW they are Lizard Avid copies! Brand new though.
