Original TREK 6000 in sound rideable condition but requiring restoration (or a damn good thrashing).

- Rubbish Bikehut seat
- slick city tyres that look ok, but rear has heavy cracking

Original Matrix rims on Exage hubs in good condition

Otherwise a nice early USA made Trek.

Looking for £80

Collection from Watford/Herts area

You have confused a 9 for a 6... your bike is a 6000, not 9000. I don’t think Trek ever did a 9000? Although I wait to be correct! :)

Yes, the bike is a 6000, if only the manafacturer put the model number on the frame somewhere, whould make identifying the frame so much easier

And yes again, they did make a 9000, it was a full sus though :)

Ah yes the pogo bike... of course! I should have Google it rather than rely on old brain cells... :)
