Don't know what weight springs but if it's any help i am 16 stone and they are fine for me ;)
 
is the seatpost 25 with a 27.2 shim or a 27.2 with a larger shim?

Potentially interested in Alto barends, blue bottlecage bolts and the SST saddle...

Any damage to saddle or sides of barends as tricky to tell from the pics you have up?
