Raced in 1990s - stored, now out. Ti Team Marin WITHDRAWN

Re:

Right - good spot re forks. So far I have described seatstay as chainstays and RC35s as RC36s. Tw*t. And I am PICKY about being correct about detail; don’t know why I am being so cr*p today....

We all have off days, you just happened to have yours in front of a bunch of other picky so and so's. Nice Orange too sir, and welcome.

Re:

Hi,
Great bike, so beautiful.
I don't think he’s welded by Gary Helfrich, dropout looks like Litespeed with two holes. Probably second batch made for Marin.
Good sale.

Re:

Thanks for the insight re series. When the frame came into the UK there was some discussion about whether GF had made it - I was pretty sure it was Litespeed-built and as you say it has the two-hole rear dropout. People often laughed at the U brake and then when they saw the power of it, plus it stopping the weeny seatstays from bowing outwards under braking...they quickly changed their minds.
