Super mint 1" threaded steer tube, threads excellent, paint and decals about 8.5/10
Will fit a 4" headset tube (med frame), length is 5 3/4" color is the standard off-white
great fork for you pre-1990 Rocky resto project
will add a nice period 1" quill stem
shipping from Vancouver BC
will post a pic or 2 tonight

here are the pics showing the fork and nice vintage stem Stem not a rocky but a short length with 5-6 degree rise i think)

It's from my parts bin...sadly no decals but I have 1-2 other vintage 1"' quill stems, this one was a short length
