This has been sat (unused) in my mates garage for 10 years so I've thrown a bottle of Muc-Off at it, greased the head bearings (which looked almost new) and she's good to go!
Tyres are way past their sell-by date but there are no punctures and the pedals have been banged about so could do with changing, really.

Matt black and day-glo orange (which has pinked a little with age)

Down tube measures 45cm
Top (cross) tube measures 54cm
The seat post is sprung but I don't know what brand it is. Appears to be air sprung. Saddle is OK
It's got a Girvin Flexstem, which is just beautiful!
Cantilever brakes are Shimano.
The front wheel has a Deore XT M760 hub sitting in a Mavic XC717 rim. The rear wheel has a Shimano STX RC hub MC33 sitting in a Rhyno sun rim. Both seem straight and in good condition and both have Shimano QR skewers.
21 gears.
Front & rear derailleurs are Deore DX and I think these are the originals. One jockey wheel has a crack so that'll need changing.
Bars are Marin Lites with bull-bar extensions. I've put some new grips on as the old ones were manky foam things.
Brakes/gears are integrated Shimano Deore XT. Again, I think these are the originals and operate fine for their age.
Shimano chainset and sprockets.
The BB is fine.
Looking for £100. Prefer collection (I live near Kendal but drive into Stockport 2-3 times per week) but can post for £35, however I'd have to source a suitable bike box from my lbs before I could sort that!
