Campagnolo MTB parts; specifically a U brake and NOS rims but other stuff considered.
Shimano M900 brake levers/pods; 170mm cranks

Perhaps, yes, I am 172cm, and usually ride something of this period with a 21.5" top tube with a 120mm ish stem.
