Handbuilt very light steel frame

Was imported from the states about 5 years ago (Arizona) so no rust and not ridden much since.
In original unrestored condition the odd touch up and small ding x2 which I have tried to show.
I would say in great condition and was showed at Iconoclassic in 2015

It would be a shame too don't you think ? The spec is quite specific and as sold for racing only in 1993 any other year and this was a paint job you could just buy in a shop

It's simply the initial outlay that is tricky - plus I have most of the bits already. Either of the frames you have I'd be interested in.
