I am the second owner, the first bought it from JE James in Sheffield.
The bike is overall good condition with no cracks.
It has a hope disc brake and wheel upgrade.
Answer riser bars,Tinker saddle,Atom Lab pedals etc...
Frame measures 17 inches centre to centre.
20 inches centre to seat post clamp.
