XTR m900 shifters/brakes - $75 shipped in the Conus. These work great and I love the feel of the brake levers in particular. The shifting action is the smoothest I have ever used. 3 x 8 speed.
Deore LX cranks in black, 175mm - $25 shipped in the Conus.
