I wonder how much some double wrapped bar tape about 5 inches wide on straight handlebars weigh? I might try that...
Onza Ules = 84.3g 
Onza plastic end caps (supplied with above) = 4.1g
Tioga G Wraps = 35.0g (Note these would be lighter once fitted due to the backing paper for the grips and securing strips being discarded)
Tioga rubber end caps (supplied with above) = 6.7g
Oury Mountain = 98.7g (No end caps required)
