Story behind it. I got a new one from the Apple Store today as i was having issue with my headphone socket. Dust in the socket and phone stuck in a mode so was no use at all. Apple replaced the phone.
It'll will work on any network and world wide, no problems with it up dating in iTunes at all now. Can still be Jailbroke if you want too.
I've also had a 3Gs with Orange for a while as i was a tester.
