Folding Air Rower Proform R400

A superb flywwheel r400 rowing machine by proform, very little use, smooth action with cooling airflow flywheel, folds away for storage.

Proform R400 is an air resistance rower that gives the users’ a complete body workout and in the process, boost’s the heart rate to the required point for proper burning of the calories.

As you accelerate the pace of rowing, the air resistance also increases simultaneously giving you almost a genuine experience of rowing in the open.

A console on the rower displays the rowing time, speed, distance and calories burnt and the number of strokes which is a good motivating factor that keeps you repeatedly interested with regards to your progress.

Operating the R400 is very simple. There is a pivoting foot design while the moulded seat facilities better and elongated duration of rowing strokes.

R400’s ease of use is further extended by its ultra compact SpaceSaver™ folding design with dimensions of 105cm x 50cm x 25cm (L x W x H).

The assembled dimensions of Proform R400 are 215cm x 50cm x 80cm (L x W x H).

R400 is also extremely lightweight at 24 Kg while the maximum body weight it can hold is 115kg (18 stone).

Among the other notable features of R400 are the integrated air fan and an aluminium rail.

The main advantage of Proform R400 is that with this rowing machine you can exercise all the chief muscles without damaging the joints thus making the process both valuable and harmless.
