My beloved E30 325i Touring

me and the Missus have found a new house to rent back in the village where I grew up, so I will no longer be cycling to work. Instead I will be doing a 50 mile round trip that unfortunately renders my lovely BMW E30 325i Touring completely unpractical. :( Sensible fuel economy beckons! :(

I thought I would offer it here before anywhere else as it is a retro car and goes well with the ethos of RB! ;)

Brief spec below - more details on request.

1990 BMW 325i Touring manual
Arctic White
121k miles
Brand new MOT, 6 months tax from 1st November
FSH - mix of BMW and specialist
Massive folder of bills, receipts, history and MOT certificates to verify mileage.
Recent (2000 miles ago) inspection II service including cam belt, all filters etc.
Oil service at time of MOT (last week)

I have spend hundreds on this car in the 2 and a bit years that i have owned it. Mechanically in great shape, pulls very well and genuinely feels like it hasn't lost any of it's 170 horses. As it is 20 years old there are some rust spots and other cosmetic marks that could use sorting in order to return it to it's former glory, but that's to be expected. Interior has usual faults - worn drivers seat, slight cracking on the dash and a a saggy headliner.

With a bit of TLC on the cosmetic aspecs this car will be a practical and more importantly FUN classic with years left to give. :) Will be available from Mid November when I get my hands on my new car.

£1100 ONO

 Don't sell it, LPG it! :)

Can't see an ad on e30zone.net - are you on there?

I would to run it on gas but the conversion would cost too much.

I am a member of E30zone so I'll head over, but I would be the typical newbie who posts their car for sale after one post.

Nah, you've made 3 posts already and been a member for months! :)

I can't blame you for wanting to avoid the conversion costs - I just sold my E34 touring so I could get an E36 that was already converted...

I just popped back in and looked at some of the conversations; they are quite a hardcore bunch, feel a bit like someone with no cycling knowldege turning up on retrobike and offering a pace for sale that needs a little spit and polish - I'll get asked loads of questions and be unable to answer them!

I'll need to take a few more pictures before posting it, they seem quite strict about providing full coverage of the car. ;)

The above ad would be fine, but the more info the better - if you need any help with anything just gimme a shout :)

Cool thanks for your help. Just looking at how to post pictures - It's not like retrobike is it! :) Can you tell I prefer bikes to computers!

I think the link to your image was just a bit weird / long!

I've re-hosted it @ imageshack.us & edited your post for you.
